Letchworth Office Based

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to come and join our team based in Letchworth.

Your role will include:

Implementing & Developing our practices to achieve excellent quality. Promoting & implementing quality & continuous improvements throughout the company. Full participation in new projects and capturing all quality & customer requirements. Establishing & implementing all necessary communication for the improvement and awareness of quality issues across the company and introduce necessary changes Monitor/track quality performance and provide data and reports, working towards KPI's and quality excellence. Aiding Supplier quality to incorporated processes. Proactive approach to problem solving and corrective actions. Completing final QA inspection, either independently or as part of a team. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in electromechanical engineering. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance. Formal qualification in engineering - desired but not essential Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Be able to work under pressure & to deadlines - essential Excellent problem solving skills.
