We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Quality Assurance Manager at Sizewell C (SZC).



As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be dedicated to supporting the Logistics Team and their Quality Department. You will be managing and monitoring the working practices of employees and ensuring compliance. You will be responsible for supporting the development of strategies and systems and providing advice and support to ensure Wilson James teams are working in line with the Wilson James and NNB (Nuclear New Build) Quality Plans, processes and procedures, including current legislation and industry best practice. The post holder will be fully integrated with Wilson James leadership team working collaboratively with senior leadership to underwrite SZC principal priority.

What we need from you:

Strong working knowledge of Quality Assurance, regulations, specific to the construction industry logistics activities. Proven Quality Management experience Proven experience of continuous improvement. Appropriate auditing qualifications (e.g. ISO9001 Lead Auditor) CITB H&S test pass certificate for Managers & Professionals Strong construction or engineering background. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, able to communicate at all levels. IT literate - Strong electronic communication, spreadsheet, and presentation skills. An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity in relation to visitors' and employee's

Site Specific Information

You must be able to provide a 3-year work/ unemployment/ education history required for vetting process in line with Sizewell C protocols. You must be able to obtain the SZC pass.
