We are seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team in Epping Forest. This pivotal role will ensure that our care services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance, contributing significantly to our mission of providing exceptional healthcare solutions.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Collaborate with staff to implement quality improvement initiatives. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management. Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely resolution of identified issues. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in healthcare quality assurance. Train staff on quality assurance protocols and procedures. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

Proven experience in quality assurance or auditing within the healthcare sector. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with accounting software is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of internal audit processes and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
