Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. This position requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of quality assurance processes, including HACCP principles. The Quality Assurance Analyst will work closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of products to ensure they meet quality standards. Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures. Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and develop corrective actions. Analyse data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports on quality findings and present recommendations to management. Assist in the development and training of staff on quality assurance practices. Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and other relevant industry standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Knowledge of HACCP principles is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using quality management software and tools is an advantage.
