Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Operative to join our well established Technical department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position involves working closely with production teams to monitor processes, conduct inspections, and implement quality control measures. The role is ideal for food manufacturing experience in a similar role.
Monday - Friday (daytime only) 37.5 hrs per week.
Duties
Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Implement and maintain HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols throughout the implementation process. Collaborate with site teams to develop corrective actions for any identified quality issues.
Skills
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
