About The Role:
Malloy Aeronautics is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing our current quality assurance framework with the opportunity to own and manage processes within the Quality Management System (QMS). This role is central to our Quality Assurance team and will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering high-quality insights across the organisation.
Ability to hold Security Clearance - 5 years residence in the UK
What you'll being doing (but not limited too):
You will assist the team of Quality Controllers overseeing the delivery of regular qualitative reviews across our Production and Inspection functions. In addition, you will take ownership of the document control process and operational deep dives to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Close collaboration with operational teams will be essential to ensure the implementation of effective controls that support procedural integrity and regulatory compliance.
You will be responsible for producing accurate, timely, and insightful reports to senior management, these reports will highlight emerging trends, compliance concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
You will also work alongside the Quality Manager to evaluate the impact of regulatory changes and support the development and delivery of a comprehensive compliance training programme.
Document control, process development and improvements, internal audits, regulatory compliance (ISO) and collaboration.
Essential Skills and Experiences:
The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience, particularly in guiding and developing others, along with excellent organisational, analytical, communication, and reporting skills. A background in quality assurance, compliance, and risk-based review processes, particularly within regulated environments engineering or manufacturing would be advantageous.
An eye for detail and a commitment to regulatory compliance.
A collaborative attitude, working closely with multiple departments to ensure seamless execution of quality initiatives.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
Bachelor's degree in quality management, or related field (preferred).
Experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in aerospace or UAV or manufacturing / engineering.
