Job Description

Key responsibilities will include:

u Carrying out daily checks to maintain site compliance.

u inspecting and assessing products against specifications through all stages of production.

u report any quality issues to line manager.

u inspecting raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity.

u ensure shelf-life is conducted; data recorded and report any failures.

u filling out and review of production paperwork

u Maintain retention samples.

u Calibration of probes as requested.

What are we looking for:

u Previous experience in a QA role, preferably in a BRC-accredited factory.

u Previous food manufacturing experience.

u Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

u An eye for detail, to catch defects.

u A natural communicator and team worker.

u A good level of written and spoken English.

u Ability to work using initiative.

u Flexible and adaptable

u Basic IT skills

u Confident and willing to learn

u Pioneer

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.16-14.85 per hour
