Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position requires strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of quality assurance processes, particularly in relation to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles.

Duties

Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Evaluate product quality through systematic sampling and testing methods. Document findings and prepare detailed reports on audit results, highlighting areas for improvement. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and enhance quality control measures. Monitor adherence to HACCP protocols throughout the production cycle. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance practices and standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a quality assurance or auditing role, preferably within the food or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of HACCP principles and their application in quality management systems. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or issues. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Relevant qualifications in Quality Assurance or related fields are advantageous but not essential.
