Overview

We are a food manufacturer. We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong understanding of quality assurance processes, the ability to analyse data effectively, and familiarity with HACCP principles. The Quality Auditor will work closely with various departments to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Analyse audit findings and prepare detailed reports outlining areas for improvement. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions based on audit results. Monitor adherence to HACCP guidelines throughout the production process. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, policies, and records. Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and operational efficiency.

Skills

Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. Proficient in analysing data and identifying trends or issues related to product quality. Familiarity with HACCP principles and their application in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
