QUALITY AUDITOR - MM FLOWERS (PLANTS) LTD

Location:

MM Flowers Ltd, Huntingdon Road, Chatteris, PE16 6EG

Salary:

27,000 per annum (13.48 per hour)

Overtime:

Paid at 16.85 per hour

Contract:

Full-time, average 38.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern:

Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday

We're looking for a detail-focused and proactive

Quality Auditor

to help ensure that every product leaving our site meets the high standards our customers expect. You'll be part of a close-knit team working in a fast-paced production environment where quality and consistency are key.

What You'll Be Doing:

Conducting accurate assessments of raw materials and finished products Supporting the Procurement team with supplier feedback and quality reports Identifying out-of-specification materials and collaborating on corrective actions Maintaining detailed records, reports, and photographic evidence Assessing finished goods against customer specifications including packaging, labelling, and construction Supporting continuous improvement across the quality function and wider operation Working cross-functionally to uphold standards and drive product consistency

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a quality assessment or QA role in manufacturing or production Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data accurately Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to collaborate across teams and departments Proficiency with quality control tools and data entry systems Desirable: experience in the flower, horticulture or FMCG industry
