About the Role



A

Quality Champion

plays a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of

quality, safety, and compliance

. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining

quality systems, conducting inspections, and ensuring continuous improvement

across all processes. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for food safety, and the ability to drive quality initiatives, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities



Quality Systems & Compliance



Implement and maintain

Quality Management Systems (QMS)

in line with industry standards.

Product Inspection & Testing



Perform

physical analysis of rice and grains

, ensuring consistency and quality. Conduct product sampling, sample preparation, and arrange external lab testing. Document and report

quality metrics, non-conformities, and corrective actions

.

Continuous Improvement & Problem-Solving



Support

root cause analysis

and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues. Drive

continuous improvement initiatives

to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Collaborate with production, procurement, and operations teams to uphold

best practices

.

Customer Focus & Stakeholder Engagement



Address customer

quality concerns and complaints

, ensuring prompt resolutions. Work closely with regulatory bodies and external auditors to ensure compliance with industry and safety standards. Train and support employees in

quality procedures and food safety standards

.

About You



Quality Systems & Compliance

- Implementing and maintaining QMS, PRPs, and CCPs.

Product Inspection & Testing

- Conducting physical analysis, sampling, and laboratory coordination.

Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement

- Identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

Data Documentation & Reporting

- Maintaining accurate records of quality performance.

Customer Focus & Complaint Handling

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Working with production, procurement, and operations teams.

Preferred Skills



ISO & HACCP Knowledge

- Understanding of

ISO 9001, HACCP, and food safety compliance

.

Lean Manufacturing & Process Optimisation

- Ability to drive efficiency and reduce waste.

Regulatory Compliance Awareness

- Familiarity with

industry regulations and audit processes

.

Technical Communication

- Strong ability to document and report quality findings.

Attention to Detail

- High level of precision in conducting quality checks and risk assessments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
