Role:

We are looking for a Quality Cloud Architect (Technical Delivery Lead) to join us at ClearRoute to lead and deliver a cutting-edge AI platform engineering project. As a Quality Cloud Architect (Technical Delivery Lead), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of AI platform solutions, from conception through to deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the technical delivery of AI platform engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate with product managers, software engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and scope. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise delivery processes and enhance platform scalability and performance. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. Collaborate with business development teams to support pre-sales activities, including technical solutioning and proposal development. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the AI platform engineering team.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in technical leadership roles, with a strong background in platform engineering and delivery. Experience with AI technologies. Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes). Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Previous consultancy experience is preferred but not essential.
