@Pall-Ex are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Administrator to join our team on a part time basis, hours of work are Monday & Wednesday, 5 hours per day.
This role will be based onsite at our offices in Coalville.
This vital role involves coordinating administrative functions, ensuring compliance within industry standards, and supporting quality management systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, and possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as ISO 13485, FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and ISO 9001. Your proactive approach will help streamline processes, uphold quality standards, and contribute to the overall success of our quality and quality assurance initiatives.

Duties
Maintain documentation related to quality systems, audits, and compliance activities in accordance relevant standards.
Coordinate internal and external quality audits, preparing reports and ensuring timely follow-up on corrective actions.
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Support project management activities related to process improvements.
Maintain meticulous records of all quality-related activities, audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
Run weekly service of Network Service reports - issuing to Regional Compliance managers Reporting using Excel.
Administer courier log confirmation & billing
Action FOC deliveries in system
General Quality & compliance admin
Raise member penalties & communicate service and penalties to Depot members
Requirements
Proven experience working within a Logistics environment with a focus on quality systems management.
Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough quality audits and inspections with attention to detail.
Familiarity with quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA), and overall quality management principles.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Analytical skills capable of interpreting complex data sets to inform decision-making processes.
Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to document control and record-keeping.
Outlook Excel skills to intermediate level.
Effective communication skills for liaising across departments and preparing clear reports for stakeholders.
Relevant certifications or training in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
