Quality & Compliance Officer

The Role:

We are seeking a Quality & Compliance Officer to lead our Manufacturing Quality Control (QC) function. You will ensure product standards, drive continuous improvement, oversee compliance systems & audits and support team development across all production stages.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the QC team, fostering a quality-focused workforce. Maintain product quality standards and manage QC processes. Analyse returns and quality failures, implementing corrective actions. Collaborate with production and customer service teams to drive improvements. Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and root-cause problem solving. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience managing quality teams in manufacturing (luxury goods preferred). Strong knowledge of quality assurance systems and processes. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, or Internal Auditor certification preferred.

Location & Hours:

Birmingham (on-site) 37.5 hours/week, 08:00 - 16:00
