Gladman and Norman produce State insignia and medals for governments around the world, including the UK awards RRC's ARRC's, OBE's and MBE's. We also proudly designed and produce the Elizabeth Cross.

The job role:



Conduct production quality checks on medals and other products. Use Sage 200 to process orders, manage despatches, and raise invoices. Manage stock control Answer the phone and the door for visitors Organise and prioritise daily workload Maintain accurate documentation in all aspects of the role

What do we need from you?



Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory administrative environment. Working knowledge of Sage 200 (or similar ERP system) for order management and stock control. Excellent organisation Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communicator Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
This role is integral to the Company, to oversee production quality checks across multiple manufacturing lines, once the medals and products have left the factory floor. The role also involves admin duties such as order processing and stock control to maintain smooth factory operations.

Hours: 07:30-16:00 Mon-Thurs, 07:30-14:15 Friday.

Salary will be discussed at interview stage.
