We are working on behalf of a well-established and respected UK-based manufacturing company that is looking to appoint a

Quality Control Inspector

Role Overview:

As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet internal quality standards and comply with industry requirements. You'll play a key role in identifying quality issues and contributing to ongoing improvements across production.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect products to assess quality, appearance, and conformity with specifications Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and test results Support sampling and testing procedures to verify quality and safety Work closely with production and technical teams to resolve quality issues Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety standards Assist with training new staff in quality procedures and expectations

Candidate Requirements:

We're looking for individuals who have a strong eye for detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and experience in a manufacturing environment.

Essential:

Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role, ideally within manufacturing Familiarity with inspection tools and quality control methods Understanding of manufacturing processes and technical specifications Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience using an ERP system to log quality data Strong teamwork and communication skills Able to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment
