You will be a firm advocate of quality in our business.The ideal candidate will possess a trained eye for detail and will be reliable and committed. In depth knowledge and comprehension of quality systems/standards is essential.The goal is to ensure that our offering is delivered using flawless materials to ensure the process of manufacture is carried out to the high standards expected by all stakeholders concerned. This objective will guarantee our customers benefit from ownership of high-quality assets being delivered to residents which will achieve our long-term business success.Job Responsibilities

  • Generate, co-ordinate and utilize Inspection Plans and appropriate measuring tools to perform effective and efficient inspection of Incoming Materials, Stock Investigations and Finished Goods within required Timelines to avoid Production down time.
  • Reject all Non-Conforming products and materials that fail to meet quality Specifications.
  • Control Rejected/Quarantined Material, review and monitor supplier performance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed departmental records and quality related documentation and non-conformances.
  • Lead the identification of Root Cause Analysis (DEMAIC e.g.) and the implementation of effective Preventative Actions.
  • Provide analysis and action of Reject Trends to meet Customer Requirements and Production Timelines in terms of Quality and Delivery.
  • Ability to read CAD Drawings and Product Specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
  • Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
  • Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure consistent quality control.
  • Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with Business and Safety standards.
  • Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
  • Monitor plant & Equipment condition & coordinate Maintenance & Calibration activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Requirements:
  • Excellent Written & Spoken English
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Certification in quality control is preferred (ISO 9001).
  • A minimum of 2 years?EUR(TM) experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Good math and technical skills.
  • Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
  • An understanding of construction processes and materials would be a distinct advantage.
