QAagency is delighted to be working with a rapidly growing health and wellness company operating at the forefront of ecommerce and personalised wellbeing. We are assisting them in recruiting a Quality Control Manager to join their Southampton facility. This is a full-time, on-site position with immediate start availability.

You will take ownership of quality across all packaging operations, ensuring over 1,000 SKUs meet exacting right-first-time standards. This is a hands-on role combining leadership, systems improvement and day-to-day oversight of production quality. You will work closely with the operations and production teams to strengthen processes, maintain audit-ready systems and embed a consistent culture of high performance.

Your day-to-day will include developing and maintaining the site QMS, writing and updating SOPs, control plans and work instructions for all packaging formats. You will lead in-process checks, verification and non-conformance investigations, implementing CAPA and defect reduction initiatives to sustain improvements. You'll train and coach QC staff on the shop floor, manage readiness and calibration of packaging equipment and maintain documentation to full traceability and compliance standards.

3-5+ years' experience in QC/QA management within a manufacturing or packaging environment Strong understanding of QMS, SOPs, quality gates and version control in fast-moving production settings Proven ability to lead CAPA and root cause analysis, delivering measurable process improvement Confident communicator with leadership experience training and developing QC teams
