Gavonix Manufacturing is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as

Quality Control (QC) Tester

. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products, such as laptops and tablets, meet our high standards of functionality and performance before reaching our customers. Adequate training will be provided, and no formal education or prior experience is required--just a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Inspection

: QC Testers will be responsible for thoroughly checking a range of Fusion5 products, including laptops and tablets. You will ensure that each device powers on correctly and operates as expected.

Functional Testing

: You will test all key features, such as display performance, touch screen functionality, battery life, charging capabilities, sound quality, and connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.). This process ensures that each unit meets our internal benchmarks for performance and quality.

Visual and Hardware Checks

: Examine the devices for any physical defects, such as scratches, dents, or poorly fitted components. This includes checking the casing, keyboard, touchpads, and ports for any damage or malfunction.

Software Testing

: Verify that pre-installed software is running smoothly and that there are no issues with the operating system, installed drivers, or essential applications.

Documentation

: Document any issues, malfunctions, or inconsistencies during testing. All results will be recorded in a tracking system for review by the Quality Assurance (QA) team.

Reporting

: Escalate any significant issues or defects to senior team members or supervisors for further evaluation and resolution.
