We're looking for a motivated and detail?driven

QC Technologist

to join our Quality Team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.


Working within our onsite laboratory, you'll support day?to?day analytical testing, environmental monitoring, and documentation processes. You'll collaborate closely with the QC Technologists and report directly to the SVP QC Leader, contributing to continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the site.

What You'll Be Doing

Quality Testing & Inspection

Perform a variety of analytical tests on raw materials, components, and finished products. Confirm that all materials meet internal quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

Data & Documentation

Maintain accurate, organised paper and electronic records of all test results. Analyse data to identify trends, deviations, and potential quality risks. Update SOPs and documentation as needed to support quality and compliance.

Problem-Solving & Collaboration

Investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and assist with corrective actions. Work effectively with production and other departments, contributing to discussions (e.g., Morning Production Meeting) when required.

Laboratory Operations

Support environmental monitoring and cleaning validation activities. Assist with lab housekeeping, organisation, ordering consumables, and arranging equipment repairs. Ensure all testing instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree

in a scientific discipline (e.g., analytical chemistry, biology). Previous

laboratory or related scientific experience

is highly desirable. Strong

analytical abilities

and a problem?solving mindset. Excellent

attention to detail

and commitment to accuracy. Confident

communication skills

to present findings clearly and effectively. Ability to maintain thorough

records

and follow established procedures. A team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to shared goals.
