Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of quality assurance processes, including HACCP principles.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Daily Taste Panel Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols, ensuring adherence to HACCP guidelines. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and facilitate corrective actions. Quality Audits Sample collection for Sales Team Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken. Weekly paperwork checks and other QC Tasks.

Experience

Proven experience in a quality control or assurance role within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Familiarity with HACCP principles and quality assurance methodologies is advantageous. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for reporting findings clearly. A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel / Word / Outlook.
