Our client, a respected name in the furniture manufacturing industry, is looking for a Quality Controller to join their production team. This position plays a vital role in upholding the company's commitment to superior craftsmanship and lasting quality in every product produced.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time, Monday to Friday Day shift Pay: Commensurate with experience
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks on furniture during various stages of production Detect, document, and communicate any defects or deviations from standards Verify measurements, finishes, and structural integrity to meet both client and internal requirements Work closely with production staff to correct quality issues and minimize rework Keep detailed inspection logs and reports Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of quality control procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
Background in quality inspection, furniture production, or woodworking is advantageous Exceptional attention to detail and a sharp eye for imperfections Ability to interpret specifications and use measuring instruments accurately Strong communication and analytical skills Dependable, well-organized, and capable of working independently
