Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and precision measurement techniques. The Quality Controller will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, performing audits, and maintaining documentation to support continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Perform quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CGMP, and FDA regulations. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to assess product quality. Implement and maintain HACCP protocols to ensure food safety standards are met. Analyze data collected from inspections and audits to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and prepare reports for management review. Train staff on quality assurance practices and promote a culture of quality within the organization.

Experience

Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with Calypso software for measurement analysis is preferred. Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CGMP, HACCP, and FDA regulations. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Experience conducting quality audits and implementing quality systems. Proficient in using vision inspection systems and other precision measuring instruments. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
