Quality Controller

to strengthen our Quality team and work closely with our experienced Quality Manager to uphold and enhance our high standards.

Position Summary

As a Quality Controller, you'll be responsible for supporting the daily operations within the Quality Department. This opportunity suits someone with sharp organisational skills, a process-focused mindset, and an interest in continuous improvement.

Main Duties

Assist the Quality Manager with updating and maintaining quality systems, procedures, and records Take part in internal audits and compliance monitoring Compile reports and analyse data linked to quality performance metrics Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation with ISO and relevant standards Record, track, and follow up on non-conformances and corrective actions Work collaboratively with other departments on investigations and process improvements Keep supplier certifications and quality records current and organised

Candidate Profile

Background in an administrative role, ideally within manufacturing, production, or quality management Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal Comfortable working with colleagues across different business areas Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality systems is advantageous but not essential
