Job Description

Quality Controller (Temp to Perm)
Location: Wellingborough
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: Starting at 12.21 per hour (reviewed based on experience and training)
Overview:
A large UK-based manufacturer is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Quality Controller.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering full training and development for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

Record and report any defects, supporting timely resolution and prevention

Collaborate with production teams to identify and correct issues

Help meet production targets and departmental KPIs

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment preferred

Background in quality control or inspection roles is beneficial

Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Reliable, proactive, and able to work well in a team

Physically capable of handling large products
