Working hours:
8:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday with one 30 min break. 40 hrs a week. Overtime available to suit before 8:00 and after 16:30 during the working week.

Due to continued growth and investment, we are looking strengthen our Quality team and therefore seeking a Quality Controller. The suitable candidate will be responsible for supporting the accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality precast components.

Key role responsibilities:
Be able to understand various technicalities of the job.
Interpret various technical documents.
Perform quality control checks on all manufacturing stages in accordance with technical drawings.
Perform quality control checks upon the completion of manufacturing process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Following quality standards in line with BS EN ISO:9001
Complete relevant quality documentation and keep all records up to date.
Raise all failures in quality and provide accurate and concise details of the failure so that the corrective actions can be taken.
Attend team and business briefings as required.
Assist Quality Manager on daily basis with other duties as and when required.
The candidate:
Previous experience in quality control within the building/ construction industry would be a
distinct advantage however it is not essential as training will be provided.
Must be keen and motivated to proactively seek opportunities to increase knowledge, skills and abilities.
Will be an effective team member; supports the team by pitching in at any level and effectively working across the organisation to meet the needs of the business.
Will embrace change, maintain an open mind, flexibility and adaptable approach.
Must be organised and able to analyse high volume of information.
Will be able to prioritise tasks and think on their feet with a methodical approach.
Will have excellent attention to detail.
Must be able to maintain good timekeeping and attendance record.
Be able to follow instructions and complete tasks as required.
