Job summary:




Responsible for the coordination of Management system documentation, processes and requirements, internal and external audits.

Situation Overview:




Pascall+Watson operates the following Management systems:

Quality Management system (ISO 9001 certified) Environmental Management system (ISO 14001 certified) Operational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001 certified) BIM Management System (ISO 19650 certified) Furthermore, the company is in the process of aligning its Data Security Management System processes with the requirements of ISO 27001. In addition, the company is PAS 2060 Carbon Neutrality verified.

Pascall+Watson consider its management systems to be an integral part of necessary operational control and the ensuring of excellent architectural design service provision.


The Company Management systems are mature and subject to continual review, enhancement and development. The company has adopted an integrated approach to their running and monitoring. The individual systems have allocated responsible persons and subject matter experts.


The Company is seeking a Quality Coordinator/ Manager to coordinate and manage the operation, management, control, internal audits and external audit of the management systems against the ISO Standards requirements.

Key responsibilities:



Develop a high level of communication and engagement with various teams, to coordinate, manage and improve the Management systems. Maintain system documentation to required standard, tracking, and updating documents as required. Monitor and track legislative requirements via online library access (provided). Manage company document schedule for the Management Systems, ensuring policies documents are reviewed and updated accordingly. Manage non-conformities, complete Route Cause Analysis and develop Corrective Action measures where necessary Carry out internal audits and manage external audits (conducted by ISO certifying bodies). Participate in weekly Management System meetings as required. Ensure Management System folders are up to date. Ensure system evidence information is logged, recorded and organised. Complete any training required to fulfil role.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualities required:



Team work, good communication, attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility and open to develop skillsets for role. Detailed knowledge of the Requirements of ISO 9001 and clauses is expected. A level of familiarity with ISO14001 and 45001 is preferred. Excellent attention to detail. Analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with senior management, project teams, and certifying bodies.

Software applications:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with document management systems is beneficial.
