Quality Document Support (Summer Placement)

vacancy has arisen in our fast-growing company. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Quality team.
This opportunity would be ideal for someone completing their GCSEs in Year 11, BTECs or A-Levels at College or Sixth Form or in between their studies at university.*

LOCATION:

Skegness - Holly Road Head Offices

JOB TITLE:

Quality Document Support (Summer Placement)

HOURS OF WORK:

Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:00 (over 18 half an hour unpaid lunch break or under 18 an hour unpaid lunch break)

SALARY RANGE:

12.60 per hour over 18 11.60 per hour under 18

and Key Responsibilities:

As a summer intern, you will be supporting your department with day-to-day tasks, such as:

Management of document systems including: + Quality training folder and training matrix.
+ Supplier Management systems - Supplier approval documentation, questionnaires, agreements, audit plans and reports.
SOP management. Pest Control system management. Data review and generation of trend reports. KPI monitoring and presentation.


Whilst also supporting the company with a specific project:

Supplier Management Improvement project:

Support the Supplier Quality Officer in: Review of supplier's documentation and entering details into the Supplier Management System. Manage supplier communication and document completion e.g. supplier questionnaires, certificates, agreements

Knowledge and Skills:

Essential:

Good communication skills. Good Microsoft Office skills. Good attention to detail with ability to analyse and present data.


Desirable:

Studying at GCSE or above. Full driving license
