Job Description

Reporting directly to the Quality Manager this role is an integral part of the Technical, Quality, and Compliance Team within the Company\xe2\x80\x99s operations including compliance, occurrence monitoring, and ensuring that the warehouse team remains efficient and lean. You\'ll develop processes, test procedures, and implement systems that ensure the products and processes fulfill quality standards, meet safety and airworthiness regulations, and satisfy our client\'s expectations.

This role is Monday - Friday 0830-1730 based at our Slinfold HQ.

What you\'ll be doing

• Monitoring and identifying risks through Occurrence Reporting System (QMS) while meeting Quality KPIs set within Warehouse and Logistic
• Determining and agreeing on in-house quality process, procedures, and standards
• Monitor and action the Warehouse Occurrence Reporting system
• Implement Continuous improvement within QMS to increase efficiency within the Warehouse
• Demonstrating attention to detail to ensure Occurrence reports are completed to the highest standard specifications

Our ideal candidate is team-spirited, skilled, with an eye for detail. You will be a
skilled practitioner in the appropriate industry standard (e.g. ISO 9120) and Aviation Regulations (e.g. EASA, FAA) Part 145 with the ability to apply the standards and regulations to enable a competitive advantage, ensuring maximum safety is attained whilst enhancing commercial benefits through attraction and retention. With the ability to grasp project requirements quickly and deliver to deadlines along with:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with key stakeholders and customers
• You\'ll demonstrate thorough analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills driven by any methodology (5W, 8D, or Lean Six Sigma).
• Have achieved a BSc in Aeronautical Engineering or engineering and maintenance experience.
• Resilient and able to influence the business at the managerial level to maintain the company\xe2\x80\x99s integrity on data.
• You\'ll show great collaboration and work with many different types of people at varying levels of seniority.
• Able to use own initiatives and be proactive and engage with all other stakeholders in the business.
