In this role, you\'ll enjoy a unique blend of responsibilities, with 30% focused on QMS work and 70% on engineering work, offering you a chance to make a significant impact on both Quality and Manufacturing processes.

As a Quality Engineer, you\'ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks that are essential to the business quality and manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • QMS Compliance: Ensure the continued compliance of our Quality Management System (QMS) with industry standards and regulations.
  • Supplier Management: Collaborate with our suppliers, identify root causes of issues, and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to drive improvements.
  • Process Improvement: Review and enhance manufacturing processes, including conducting Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), risk management assessments, and maintaining training records.
  • Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to ISO9001 standards, providing critical feedback for continuous improvement.
  • R&D Collaboration: Work closely with our Research and Development team to assist in the testing of new products, contributing to innovation within the company.
