Job Description

We are seeking a Quality & Environmental Engineer to lead efforts in quality and environmental assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with design, research, and operations teams to uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.





Your Key Responsibilities



Work with project teams to ensure quality validation activities are performed throughout the product development lifecycle. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental) standards. Investigate and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and actions to prevent reoccurrence. Overseeing the administration and optimization of the company's document management system. Support risk management initiatives/conduct risk assessments. Manage opportunity for improvement monitor and reporting to management team Conduct environmental risk assessments. Identify and implement continuous improvement activities in both quality and environmental management systems Train employees on quality and environmental best practices/use of appropriate quality tooling in their work. Evaluate current quality and environmental systems and design innovative ways to improve processes and practices.



Your Key Skills and Experience



HND/bachelor's degree in electrical/electronics, physics, or a related field. Other suitable experience/education shall be considered. 3-5 years of experience in

quality assurance and/or environmental area preferably within the electronics sector.
Trained internal auditor to ISO 9001 preferred but not essential as full training will be provided. Strong understanding of quality methodologies and environmental practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and international teams. Experience of working with document management systems. Good organisational skills to ensure actions are taken and closed.

Position Specifics
