Role and Responsibilities:
As a Quality Healthcare General Internal Medicine Outpatient Care Specialist (QH GIM OC - M&D), you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive and patient-centered outpatient care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Diagnosing and treating a wide range of general internal medicine conditions in outpatient settings.
• Conducting thorough patient assessments, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
• Demonstrating a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
• Contributing to patient education and support, explaining medical conditions and treatment options clearly.
• Participating in clinical audits and quality assurance initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills and empathy when interacting with patients and their families.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of six months of clinical experience in the UK healthcare system.
• Grade of *ST1/2 or equivalent, indicating a foundational level of clinical expertise.
• Specialization and proven experience in General Internal Medicine Outpatient Care.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
