Quality Inspector
We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Full-time Quality Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards before they reach our customers. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Visually inspect components to ensure they meet acceptance standards
- Physically measure components and tools to verify compliance with design and standard specifications
- Identify and report all non-conformances and follow quality procedures
- Read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Perform regular quality checks throughout the production process
- Use various measuring instruments and tools to conduct precise measurements
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous improvement projects
