Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and analysis. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and internal quality assurance protocols.

Experience in Industrial Fasteners or manufacturing turned parts is essential.

Duties

Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards. Analyse inspection results and report findings to management, providing recommendations for improvements as necessary. . Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and product quality. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality assurance activities. Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.

Requirements

Proven experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing of industrial fasteners

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. . Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
