We're looking for a Quality Inspector to help us deliver life-saving technology to the people who need it most.

You'll work within our Military Vehicles team, supporting the delivery of high-performance vehicle integration programmes for defence customers. This is a hands-on role that's ideal for someone meticulous, practical, and committed to doing things right first time.

Whether you're early in your quality career or bringing experience from another sector, this is an opportunity to build valuable skills at the heart of a specialist engineering business.



What you'll be doing


You'll carry out day-to-day quality inspections to ensure the products we manufacture or receive from suppliers meet specification. Working closely with production teams, you'll play an important role in maintaining standards and identifying opportunities for improvement.
This includes:Goods In and Goods Out inspections Patrol and batch inspections during manufacture Raising and managing non-conformance reports Reviewing traceability data and quality performance Supporting internal audits and continuous improvement activities Using basic inspection tools and reporting systems


This is an onsite role based at our Coventry facility. The contract is fixed term for 6 to 12 months, with potential to extend.
What we're looking for


You don't need to come from a defence background -- we'll provide training where needed. But you do need a solid understanding of quality principles and the ability to follow clear inspection processes.
We'd love to see:Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Familiarity with inspection tools and basic measurement equipment Confident use of Microsoft Excel and standard Microsoft Office tools Awareness of Health & Safety and Environmental good practice Experience with AQAP standards or MOD requirements is useful but not essential.
