Quality Inspector - Wolverhampton

A leading engineering business in Wolverhampton is looking for a skilled

Quality Inspector

What you'll be doing:

Carrying out manual inspections using micrometers, height gauges, and vision systems Supporting new product introductions (NPI) and final assembly inspections Conducting AS9102 First Article Inspections and CMM prove-outs Collaborating with the wider Quality team to improve processes Providing technical support and training to operator inspectors

What we're looking for:

HNC/HND in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent) Strong understanding of engineering drawings and inspection techniques Experience with Zeiss Calypso or PC-DMIS systems is desirable Aerospace or precision engineering background is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
