What is a Quality Intern role at Prinova?
The role is within our Operational Quality team pillar and involves investigating non-conformances and handling root cause investigation, and implementing CAPA plans related to Food safety and Quality issues with the supplier.

What to expect?
Log and resolve document discrepancy Quality-related non-conformances
Monitor quarantine stock and disposals and coordinate stock disposition requirements with Logistics
Create weekly reports for quality operational pillar activities
Create monthly reports for the operational pillar reporting
Verify and authorise processing activities with 3rd party contractors
Respond to technical queries from customers & suppliers related to our ingredients, also to quality and food safety, etc.
Co-ordinate shelf life extension requests
Co-ordinate lab testing requests
Create Prinova certificate of analysis
Follow up on quarantine stock to ensure timely release
Manage warehouse and processor queries for the operational team
Document control and administration support
Support other Quality department tasks according to workload and priorities
Does this sound like you?
Food science degree or equivalent qualification
No previous work experience required
Excellent communication skills
Good attention to detail
Able to work within different teams
Initiative and proactiveness are important for this role
Able to meet deadlines
