About the role:
An opportunity has arisen in our Patient Services Department at 76 Wimpole Street for a Full Time Quality Lead
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality administrator to join our team as quality Lead. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. As a Quality Lead you will be responsible for driving the quality standards in the department by developing internal audits to assess the effectiveness of our quality management systems, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending corrective actions to enhance overall quality and operational efficiency working closely with the Quality Manager for the department. You will work closely with the operational and training teams to ensure that any identified actions are embraced and actioned in line with the CQC requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of Qulaity experience, be familiar with 2 phased audit program and have LEAN experience. This role will enable you to develop their skills further within the management and operational decision making team for the department.
