Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of HACCP principles. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and enhancing customer satisfaction through the delivery of superior products.

Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes to identify areas for improvement. Analyse quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for corrective action. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement effective solutions. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices, HACCP principles, and regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, including recommendations for improvements. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies during inspections and audits.

Requirements



Proven experience in a quality management role, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, including HACCP. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Relevant qualifications in Quality Management or a related field are desirable. Proficiency in using quality management software and tools is an advantage.
