We're recruiting for a Quality Manager to oversee our QA team and enhance our quality assurance processes.

This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of food quality and safety, thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the technical manager, this role is ideal for an experienced quality professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and has a proven track record of leading and developing quality teams in a FMCG setting.

What You'll Be Doing..



Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards, including HACCP. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement, ensuring audit readiness at all times. Be the technical point of contact for customers, attending meetings, responding to technical queries and host/lead audits. Analyse data related to product quality and performance, providing actionable insights to enhance processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions effectively. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Generate Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) plans and ensure timely resolution of non conformances. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance. Support the technical team with NPD and process validation, ensuring food safety and quality are built into new product launches.

What we are looking for..



Proven experience in a quality management role within a manufacturing or food production environment. Strong knowledge of HACCP principles and quality assurance methodologies. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive change within an organisation. Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards is highly desirable. Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross functionally and build effective relationships
