We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control initiatives, help strengthen supplier partnerships, and play a key role in enhancing our customer delivery.

In 2023, we were acquired by Grimco, a trusted sign supply manufacturer and distributor that has served the Sign & Graphics Industry for 150 Years. Since then, we have been on an exciting journey, investing in our people, processes, and product development as we continue to evolve and expand.

This role will require occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement

Improve how we test, validate, and manage product quality.
2. Supplier Quality Assurance

Establish and manage a robust supplier validation and performance monitoring system. Act as the primary point of contact for all supplier-related quality issues. Lead the investigation of non-conforming materials and work with suppliers on root cause analysis and corrective action plans. Play a key role in the quality-related aspects of onboarding new suppliers, ensuring their processes and materials meet Multipanel UK's specifications and standards.
3. Customer Quality & Issue Resolution

Manage the customer complaint and feedback process, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and communication. Support the wider team and new product development with a data-driven insight. Analyse customer complaint data to identify recurring issues and initiate internal improvement projects to address them.
4. Team Leadership & Development

Manage and mentor the Quality team. Develop regular quality performance reports, highlighting trends, areas for improvement, and the status of ongoing quality initiatives.

You might bring some of the following:



The ability to contribute towards improving processes. Confidence in managing or mentoring others, whether formally or informally. A proactive mindset and a passion for solving problems. A commercially aware approach, with the ability to balance quality with customer and business needs. Experience in a technical, production, or quality-related role (in manufacturing or a similar industry). An interest in ISO 9001 principles or experience working within a structured quality system. Confidence working with data, processes, and documentation, and a curious mindset to find and fix root causes. Great communication skills when collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
