Your Role



Senior Manager of Technical QA for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solution. Lead automated testing, QA methodologies, and continuous improvement. Enhance testing framework and drive solution quality across lifecycle.

The Impact You Can Create



Ensure code quality: performance, maintainability, security compliance. Engage proactively in development, testing, cutover, and Run activities. Define and drive HERO QA strategy and frameworks. Plan, develop, and execute QA across products and platforms. Optimise code performance for customisations. Ensure QA scope is embedded in partner contracts/SoWs. Collaborate with regional teams and Microsoft to strengthen QA. Lead post Go-live Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Define and monitor quality metrics, analyse test results, and report findings. Continuously improve QA processes, scaling across multiple products. Build and promote a quality-driven engineering culture. Act as the primary contact for release quality.

What You Will Bring



Technical Expertise:



Deep knowledge of D365 technical stack; hands-on coding in X++, D365 SDK, .NET. Strong experience in GitHub, Azure DevOps, Tosca automated testing. Global experience with D365 and ISVs. Understanding of GDPR, compliance standards, SDLC, Agile.

Skills:



Clear communicator with ability to simplify technical concepts. Analytical mindset for QA reviews. Strong leadership, presentation, and organisational skills. Proven end-to-end project delivery. Curious, process-driven yet pragmatic. International experience and cross-cultural awareness. English required; French/other languages a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 50,000.00-70,000.00 per year
