At Hartley's Farm Foods we are a family owned company.

This is a fantastic time to join our team on a full-time basis as a Quality Manager.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are keen to progress

The purpose of the Quality Manager role is to take day to day responsibility for the quality, including safety, legality & authenticity, of raw materials into the business and finished products reporting to the Technical Director.

This includes the responsibility for the HACCP plan in the absence of the Technical Director.

We operate between 6am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

It's a full-time position (40 hours per week) with flexibility within the work week.

We also offer a company paid health cash plan from month 3 onwards.

The job will include working with all areas of the factory to meet the needs of the business, ensuring all areas are kept clean at all times. This can include:

Maintain appropriate systems for measuring & reporting necessary aspects of technical and quality management.

-Ensure all technical and quality activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for production management, health and safety, environmental policies and general duty of care.

The Quality Manager will ensure all policies, procedures and records within the quality management system relating to day-to-day monitoring of raw materials, work in progress and finished products are implemented and completed to meet the requirements of the BRC Global Standard for Food as well as any customer specific requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-37,000.00 per year
