We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and oversee quality management systems aligned with industry standards including ISO 9001 for quality management, and other relevant regulations. Lead comprehensive quality audits across manufacturing facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain rigorous quality control processes encompassing inspection, testing, and validation of products throughout the production cycle. Coordinate with production teams to integrate quality assurance measures into daily operations, ensuring products meet specified standards before release. Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address systemic problems effectively. Monitor key performance indicators related to product quality, defect rates, and process efficiency to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HACCP protocols for food safety (if applicable), CGMP standards for pharmaceuticals or biologics, and other relevant regulatory frameworks. Lead training sessions on quality systems, inspection procedures, and regulatory requirements to foster a culture of quality awareness among staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and regulatory affairs to uphold quality standards throughout the product lifecycle. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings, non-conformances, and improvement plans for senior management review.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a Quality Management role within manufacturing environments; Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, and related quality systems. Demonstrated expertise in conducting internal and external quality audits with a focus on compliance and process improvement. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and develop actionable insights. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills capable of training teams and presenting complex information clearly to diverse audiences. Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), or equivalent are advantageous. Familiarity with QA/QC procedures including inspection techniques, statistical process control (SPC), and documentation practices. Join us in elevating our commitment to excellence!
