The Role:

• As the Quality Manager, you\'ll spearhead quality enhancement, ensuring our business continually excels and consistently delivers customer satisfaction.
• Proactively lead and support your team in daily operations and problem-solving.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, manufacturing, and production teams in NPI initiatives.
• Tackle warranty issues head-on, making them a top priority.
• Champion ISO9001:2015 compliance by maintaining, auditing, and ensuring adherence to the standard.
• Address internal quality concerns, such as complaints, procedures, and warranty issues, bridging the gaps effectively.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Our ideal Quality Manager embodies true Quality Leadership, showcasing extensive experience in people management, systems, and departmental leadership.
• Proficiency in ISO9001:2015, with a strong background in auditing and maintenance; familiarity with IATF16949 is a plus.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is crucial, with assembly, automotive, yellow goods, or machining experience considered advantageous.
• Exhibit a proven track record in core quality management tools and possess a comprehensive quality skillset, including 8D, 5Y, APQP, PPAP, and DMAIC.
