We're seeking an experienced, values-led Quality Manager to support our unwavering commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care across our services. This is a unique opportunity to shape how quality is measured, embedded, and improved across a diverse and growing group of homes.
About the Role
As our Quality Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving regulatory compliance, raising standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across a regional portfolio of care homes. Reporting to the Director of Quality, you'll work alongside Home Managers, Regional Directors, and clinical teams to ensure services not only meet but exceed regulatory expectations.
You'll bring insight, support, and challenge where needed, ensuring every resident receives safe, compassionate, and dignified care, every day.
