What You'll Be Doing

As our Quality Manager, you'll be at the heart of shaping and evolving our Quality Management System (QMS), driving compliance, and influencing strategic decisions across the business. You'll lead investigations, develop contract specifications, and ensure our supply chain meets the highest standards.

You'll also:

Champion continuous improvement and root cause analysis. Deliver in-house training to ensure our people are SQEP. Stay ahead of ISO and industry updates. Represent NTS at key stakeholder meetings and industry bodies. Collaborate across departments to identify and mitigate quality risks.

Who You'll Work With

You'll be part of a collaborative HSEQ team and work closely with:

NTS functional heads Customers and suppliers Regulators and industry bodies
You'll also manage a small team including a Quality Engineer, Quality Auditor, and Document Control.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with:

Internal & Lead Auditor qualifications HNC in Quality Management Chartered professional membership Strong ISO knowledge and stakeholder engagement experience A proven track record in process improvement and risk management
