We are seeking an experienced and driven
Quality Manager
to join a growing manufacturing business based in East Yorkshire.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to lead and develop quality systems within a global organisation at an exciting time of expansion.
The Role:
Lead and support a small quality and compliance team
Oversee ISO standards
Drive continuous improvement, product compliance, and audit readiness
Work closely with senior leaders across production and operations
Ensure quality standards are met across product development, manufacturing, and supply chain
About You:
Experience in manufacturing is essential
Knowledge of quality tools (8D, SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing ISO standards and product compliance (UKCA/CE)
