An exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Quality Matron role in the North Norfolk Place, covering community nursing and therapy services.
This role will ensure the quality and safety of care provided, as well as working as part of the senior leadership team, providing operational oversight and developing integrated neighbourhood teams.
To work as part of the place management team- leading on the quality agenda to include safety, patient experience and clinical effectiveness.
To provide clinical leadership across the place for inpatients and community To work with primary care network (PCN) partners on the quality and safety agenda.
To lead on workforce development for the place.
To represent the trust at local and pan Norfolk multi agency meetings. To embed the trusts values within the place and contribute to ensuring strategic objectives are delivered.
To support the imbedding of quality improvement methodology
To support the development of staff and learners, promoting a robust learning culture
