We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Quality Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a department undergoing transformational change, where your leadership and clinical expertise will directly enhance patient and staff outcomes.

Your Role:

Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe, and proactive care



Lead on clinical audits , quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice



Support the Senior Sister team in driving learning and improvement across the ward



Champion the Trust's vision and values , ensuring seamless care and positive experiences



Work flexibly across the Trust , offering support where needed

What We're Looking For:

A registered nurse with proven leadership and audit experience



Passion for quality improvement and patient safety



Strong communication and mentoring skills



Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
